Thank you for choosing Gro Surir Booth. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A booking is confirmed only after acceptance of the quotation, signing of the agreement, and payment of the required booking deposit. The remaining balance must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.

Booking deposits are non-refundable as your event date is reserved exclusively for you. Requests to reschedule will be considered based on availability.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, suitable space, venue access, electricity supply, and any necessary permissions required for the setup and operation of our services.

For outdoor events, the client must ensure adequate protection from weather conditions.

Services are provided for the agreed duration stated in the booking confirmation. Additional hours may be available and will be charged separately, subject to availability.

All Gro Surir Booth equipment remains our property. Guests are expected to use the equipment responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

Gro Surir Booth may capture photos, videos, and audio recordings during events for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish their event content to be used must inform us in writing before the event.

Gro Surir Booth takes every precaution to provide a smooth and professional experience. In the unlikely event of technical difficulties, our team will make every effort to resolve the issue. Any compensation, if applicable, will be considered based on the circumstances.
